Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard: 7–14 business days internationally. Express options available at checkout. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. All orders ship from our fulfilment partner. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track at /pages/track-order.

What sizes do you carry?
S, M, L, XL across all garments. See the full Size Guide for exact measurements per product type.
Are the garments limited?
Yes. Foundation Collection drops are produced in limited runs and are not restocked. When they're gone, they're gone.
What materials do you use?
T-shirts: 200gsm 100% cotton. Hoodies: 340gsm fleece. Jumpers: 320gsm French terry. All garments are unisex with a relaxed silhouette.
Returns
Can I return or exchange?
Returns accepted within 14 days for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. See the full Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email info@ytinumoc.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it.
Foundation Pass
What is the Foundation Pass?
1,000 passes total. Four tiers: Copper (#300–#999), Silver (#100–#299), Gold (#013–#099), Relic (#000–#012). Every pass guarantees a custom made-to-measure jacket and your place in the city. See /pages/foundation-pass.
What does my pass tier mean?
Tier sets your lifetime discount: Copper 20% · Silver 25% · Gold 30% · Relic 40%. Every tier receives a custom made-to-measure jacket; Silver, Gold and Relic also receive the full Foundation Collection. Tier is a sealed reveal, permanently locked at mint. Clothing ships once all 1,000 passes are claimed.
