We operate with limited production and controlled inventory. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be in original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
• The item has been worn or damaged after delivery
• Tags have been removed
• The return request is made after 14 days
• The item was purchased during a final sale (if applicable)

Limited Drop Policy
All Foundation Collection pieces are produced in limited quantities.
We do not restock sold-out items.
Refunds are only issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory availability.
If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue promptly.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, contact us and return the item unused. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your notice. Exception: The Foundation Pass jacket is a bespoke, made-to-order garment produced to your measurements and is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, except where defective.
Foundation Pass Jacket
Every Foundation Pass includes one custom made-to-measure jacket. The jacket is produced to order and ships with your pass — it is not held until any sell-out. As a made-to-order item it is non-returnable except for defects. Ytinu clothing (tees, hoodies, jumpers, caps) is sold separately to the public and follows the standard return terms above.
