**Ytinu Moc — Shipping Policy** Effective Date: 22 June 2026 Seller of record: Ytinu Moc OÜ, Estonia. **Where We Ship From** Our apparel is dispatched from our fulfilment facility in Guangzhou, China. We ship worldwide. **Processing Time** Standard apparel orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. **Made-to-Measure Jacket (Foundation Pass)** The custom jacket included with each Foundation Pass is made to order. Production begins after we confirm your measurements, and the jacket is dispatched once complete — typically within 4–8 weeks of measurement confirmation. It is not gated on any sell-out and ships independently of standard apparel timelines. **Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery** Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. - Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination) - Express International: 3–7 business days (where available) **International Orders, Duties & Taxes** International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We have no control over customs processing or delays. **Digital Products** Foundation Pass access and Early Access Keys are delivered digitally to your email within 24 hours of purchase. No shipping cost applies. **Lost or Delayed Shipments** If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact info@ytinumoc.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
