Full-time, Monday to Friday
Eight hours a day, five days a week, working on your project.
Built and launched, not only planned
The parts of your written map we agree can be built within the term are built, tested and launched: site, community space and store setup. You approve each one before it goes live. A part that proves unbuildable, or depends on a platform or approval outside my control, is re-scoped by written change order.
A record of every decision
A dated decision log and a one-page monthly note on what moved, what was refused and what is waiting on your side.
Quarterly state reviews
Your map compared with what has actually shipped.
Handover
Documentation and a handover period so your own team can run what was built.
The limits

- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day (40 hours a week)
- Time off and illness
- Time off, and what happens if I am ill, are agreed in the written proposal before you pay.
- Scope
- Set by the written map agreed in the first month. Additions need a written change order.
- Ownership
- Work you have paid for becomes yours once paid. My existing tools and methods stay mine, and you get a licence to use them in what was built for you.
- Ytinu City
- New Ytinu City feature work is paused for the full term. Pass holders keep their existing City access.
- Availability
- One Ecosystem Year client at a time.
The boundary
Tool accounts, hosting, hardware, hires, ad spend and any manufacturing are yours and are paid separately. No revenue, audience or growth outcome is promised.

A charter and membership rules
The group’s purpose, people, motto and visual accent. Who can follow, who can join, and whether that choice can change.
One page or room specification
Sections, empty states and the claims the page must avoid, with a checklist of clear acceptance criteria.
One review and handoff
A review of your staging page against the checklist. Without a builder or staging, the documents are reviewed instead, and that completes the work.

90-day sequence
The next three moves in order, each with a condition to continue or stop.
Not-claimed page
The results you cannot publish as proof yet, because you do not have them.

Strategy and a written plan. Design, code, Shopify work, deployment and launch copy are outside it.
Before you write
This work concerns your own business and community. It grants no Ytinu House membership, City or Discord access, or rights to Ytinu brand assets. No revenue, audience or growth outcome is promised. You contract with Ytinu OÜ, and I deliver the work personally. These services are for businesses only. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires. The payment schedule and final terms are set out in a written proposal after our conversation.
