We aim to process and deliver all orders efficiently and transparently.

Order Processing
In-stock clothing orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing and local courier conditions. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Shipping Fees
Free tracked delivery is available for clothing orders to our supported destinations, including the United States and United Kingdom. Available delivery destinations and options are confirmed at checkout.
Clothing is shipped Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier asks you for one, contact info@ytinumoc.com. If you have paid it, send us the receipt and we will reimburse it in full.

Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your package has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or delays beyond our control.
Ytinu Moc is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier disruptions.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Contact your local courier
If unresolved, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

Foundation Pass Jacket Fulfilment
The founders’ jacket is a conditional founding reward, not part of what the Foundation Pass price pays for. It is made to measure, using measurements provided at claim, in one batch only if all 1,000 Foundation Passes sell. If they do not all sell, no jacket is made. No production or delivery date is set.
From 30 days after purchase, a holder may request one piece from the fixed Founders’ List in place of the jacket reward. Availability must be confirmed; the piece ships within 30 days of confirmation. If the requested piece is unavailable, the jacket reward remains. A return within 14 days restores that reward.
Holders who bought under the 28 August 2026 terms retain those terms unless they agree in writing to a change.
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Ytinu clothing (tees, hoodies and jumpers) is sold separately and dispatched from our Guangzhou facility to supported destinations.
