## TERMS OF SERVICE
**Ytinu Moc OÜ — Terms of Service**

These Terms govern your access to and use of ytinumoc.com (the "Site") and any purchases made from Ytinu Moc OÜ. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
**1. Company & Contact**
Ytinu Moc OÜ (subsidiary of Ytinu Unlimited OÜ) is the operator and seller of record for all purchases on the Site.

**2. Eligibility**
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site and 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
**3. Orders, Pricing & Payment**
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may exclude shipping, duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
**4. Digital Products**
Foundation Passes and Early Access Keys are digital products delivered electronically. All sales of digital products are final — no returns or refunds unless the product was not delivered or is materially defective.
**5. Shipping & Delivery**
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handoff. You are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
**6. Returns & Refunds**
Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and how to initiate a return. Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
**7. Intellectual Property**
All content on the Site — including designs, logos, images, text, and product names — is owned by or licensed to Ytinu Moc OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
**8. User Content**
By submitting reviews, images, or other materials, you grant Ytinu Moc OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
**9. Acceptable Use**
You agree not to: misuse the Site (including hacking, scraping, or disrupting services); upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
**10. Disclaimers**
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.
**11. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ytinu Moc OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
**12. Governing Law**
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Estonian courts shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
**13. Changes to These Terms**
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
**14. Made-to-Measure Jacket**
Each Foundation Pass includes one custom jacket made to the holder's measurements. Production begins once measurements are confirmed. As a personalised, made-to-order good, the jacket is non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun, except where faulty or not as described. The jacket is made to order and shipped per purchase; it is not contingent on any sell-out or wave threshold.
**15. Apparel & Tier Discounts**
The Ytinu clothing range (tees, hoodies, jumpers, caps) is sold separately to the public in limited waves. A Foundation Pass's sealed tier grants a lifetime discount on this range — Copper 20%, Silver 25%, Gold 30%, Relic 40% — together with early access. The discount is the apparel benefit of a pass; passes do not include a free apparel bundle.
**16. Giveback Commitment**
Ytinu Moc commits 25% of its revenue to the Unity Vault, a fund dedicated to building and supporting the Ytinu community and its members. This is a binding commitment of the company, not a promotional estimate. Further detail is published on the Unity Vault page.
