Before the first wave opens, the Keys go out.
10,000 Early Access Keys exist — €5 each, or free with a share. A Key opens the city and each wave early. It removes the wait, not the work.
Wave 0 is the origin. The people who hold a Key arrive before the doors open — counted first, remembered first.
Waves 1–9 — The Climb
Each wave releases 100 Foundation Passes. The price increases with every wave. Wave 1 begins at €139.
This is not artificial scarcity. This is a countdown. The people who arrive first carry that fact with them — in their pass number, in their house placement, in their discount tier — permanently, on-chain, for as long as the blockchain exists.

Tier is a sealed reveal, drawn not chosen. The discount applies to the Ytinu clothing brand, sold separately in waves. Your jacket is made to your measurements and is produced in one founding batch once all 1,000 passes are sold, then shipped.
The pass does not expire. The discount does not expire. The house membership does not expire.
The brand does not reward who got there first. It rewards who showed up.
